A series of 15 titles awarded to those that acquire the unique ruler skills. The titles award two other skills, give ruler authority, and increase Taboo level. The rulers are said to manipulate the world from the shadows.[1]
Authority
Ruler authority grants the owner access to various powers that are not commonplace in the world, such as being able to block appraisal attempts or prevent the acquisition of the Demon Lord title.[2]
Possessing every Ruler authority, or obtaining consent from whoever holds it, is a necessary step towards deactivating the System.
